Long story short..

This notebook was a gift from my hubby +- 3 years ago . As I'm a teacher, it has been used mainly for school work. The usual Office Word and Excel. Never played any serious games besides facebook and online games but I do watch a lot of movies. The main hard drive has been changed early last year to a new 60gb SSD due to sounds coming from the hard drive that came initially with the notebook . The secondary hard drive a 160gb SSD bought soon after sits in a HDD caddy replacing the dvd drive that came with the notebook since 60gb of space is barely enough for windows let alone for movie watching . I will off course include the DVD drive for the successful buyer.

The notebook is working flawlessly and super fast with the SSDs. Although I'm reluctant to part with it (big loss since if Im not mistaken price for it was around RM3k in 2010 ), tablets are the way to go now for its size and ease of use( surface pro 2).

The current sale price for a used 4741G on lowyat is around rm1k so since mine includes the 60gb and 160gb SSD, rm1.3k seems reasonable(even those 2 SSDs cost me rm600). The notebook initially came with an original windows 7 home premium but has been changed to a pirated windows 8.

Hopefully the succesfull buyer will be happy with the notebook that has served me well for the past few years.

hi everyone,

Im currently searching for a laptop with a tight budget limit of RM2600. Im kinda lost as which would be the best one to get? what are the specs as not to get conned when buying and where to get it?. This is my first laptop purchase . I would use it mainly for interior designs, use a lot of Autocad and Photoshop. I really appreciate all the suggestions from everyone. Thank you.
