cant access WAP config page

Hi guys..i have this 2 router in switch/AP mode connected to each other..the problem is i cant access the config page on the Wireless Access Point which is daisy-chained to the switch..

Modem/Router - DSL-526B (ip 192.168.1.1, dhcp 192.168.1.(2-100))
Switch - WRT320N (ip 192.168.1.101)
WAP - DIR-850L (ip 192.168.1.102)

and they're connected like this (Modem/Router ---> Switch ---> WAP)
I cant connect the WAP directly to the router because its only has 1 LAN port which already used by the switch..
I can access both the router and the switch config page (192.168.1.1 & 192.168.1.101) but the WAP page (192.168.1.102) doesnt respond..

Hello guys can u help me ping this ip 37.59.26.201 and 37.59.21.21 (arma 3 blackwing server which located in france)
I need to test which ip range is the best for this..my current ip range is 175.145.xx.xx and it gives me 290-300ms (Streamyx 4mb)..thx in advance

Network buffer measurements

Hello,I've run a test at http://netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu and i noticed that high network buffer measurements might affect online game stability when uploading/downloading activity is running at the same time..What should i do to reduce this value?TQ

RAM volt problem

Hi,I have 2x1GB Kingston HyperX 1066 @5-5-5-15 and GA-P35-DS3L..in bios when i add +0.4v to the RAM the bios reports only 2.1 but when i add +0.5v it reports 2.19.In Everest also the same..I just want to keep the Ram voltage as low as possible and avoid overheating..
