Details of the complaint :

I ordered an iphone 4 case on 3 aug 2011. Case was sent to me the next day but was the wrong one. Smsed adhoc & at first, he denied but after i told him of my sms confirming the case ordered, he admitted his mistake but told me the item is no longer in stock. I told him i will need to check the other cases to exchange & even offered to send back the case & pay for postage.

On 10 aug 2011, i smsed him requesting for exchange with another case. He never replied but I figured he was busy, I did not hassle him & figured he would sms me back later.

Today, I got fed-up of waiting & emailed him on the exchange. He denied receiving my sms ( which i have a copy of the sms & date sent) & refused to exchange saying that it was after 7 days. I looked at his posting & there was no mention of 7 days exchange period. In any case, it shouldn't apply if it was his mistake & he admitted it in his sms.

The money is small but I hate it when sellers refuse to take resposibility for their mistake
