[WTA] Car Got Hit, What Should I Do Next?

Hi, I have just gotten involved in an accident whereby my car (Myvi) was hit by a Proton Saga from the back. Because this is the first time I have gotten hit, I would like to ask a few questions to clear my doubts.

1) I have made a police report just now at 9.50pm (19 Oct) at Jalan HS Lee police station. I couldn't get the report because it's not during the weekday and apparently according to the sergeant it will take time. Can I know normally how long will it take for the report/keputusan to come out? The girl who hit me went and made the report together with me and admitted it is her fault because she failed to brake at the red light.

2) If I do not have the keputusan yet, can I bring it to the Perodua workshop first? If yes, will they charge my insurance? This is because I am claiming the other party's insurance.

3) On the subject 'loss of use', how do i come about to claim it? And what is it about yeah?

4) Anyone here knows any Perodua service centre that is reliable in Klang Valley? I heard the one in Cheras is not bad, is that right?

So sorry I post so many questions because I myself is not quite sure what is the next step. Looking forward to hear from all of you sifus out there. Thank you.
