Hi LYN.

So its like this. I signed for a 1 year tenancy, but bad things happen that i cant afford to go on with the rental. 7 months left until the contract is over.

So i'm ready to move out to my family house & ready to burn the 2 + 1 months deposit.

But then the landlord wont let me go. He said that i need to pay a lumpsum amount of the remaining 7 months rental. When i check back the agreement, YES IT WAS STATED there - but i wasnt inform of this special condition

I need advice from u all. The total lumpsum is RM14,000.

I dont know what to do.. if i just leave will he bring me to court whatsoever..

recently i thought of opening a carwash business.

but damn i cant afford to rent shoplots. (lowest here 5k/month for ground floor)

is there any way i can open it on empty lands?
how do i find the owner?

Food Truck

Hi guys,

i plan to open a cafe targeted to youngsters like Wondermilk/Plan B etc
but hell i cant afford to open a restaurant at this moment.

so now im moving the idea of serving hotdogs, burgers, pastas, cakes etc.
on a food truck (a really cool modified food truck)

pros;
vehicle installment not as high as shop rental
movable locations

cons;
small working area (no proper kitchen)
seatings problem

do you guys think serving "higher class" menu on a food truck
is a good idea?

K/ im thinking of opening a fresh/young/hipster joint. (smtg like wondermilk)
A cafe that provides pizza, burgers, snacks, coffee and some desserts.

But since i'm no kroni, i cant afford to have it in Bangsar, TTDI, PJ.
What do you think if i open in Cheras?

Being born n bred in Cheras, i think Cheras is only full of rempits, ah beng gangsters and sivaji wannabe.
that's what scares me.

i just sold both my dugong and superbike (both 7 years loan)
lucky i got one potong wira to use.

NOW I'M BAD-DEBT-FREE!

but then suddenly i fikir,
people go debt-free by settling their loan faster, not by selling them.
my case is stupid or good?

*yes i lost almost 15k for selling them this early.

my concern is, she cant drive and we're staying in Cheras.
what is the best way for her to go to work?

i cant move since im working in KL.
her current salary is 2.6k while AirAsia offered 3.4k.

just now i went lunch with a friend, later his colleague joined us.
he is around 40+ years old and keep on mocking the gov.
i no mood just act like i want to hear la. later he said he want find new car.
so we teman him go perodua, he ask price for viva. later he said wah so expensive ah.
"see this is why u shud vote pakatan, ksian youngsters like u wanna buy car"
i feel so he 40+ ady no money buy viva.

conclusion: dont blame people if u cant afford something, improve yourself yah adik-adik.

Hey guys,

i bought a vios on 2012, and i often see people say that they can go 600km++ full tank.
but with full tank, i can only go 400km++, and i often filled up RM50 which went blinking at 250km++
is something wrong with my car, or the fuel saving vios is just a myth?

so my aunty is opening a new business so she ask me to design her
logo, flyers, namecard, fb page. so after i print everytg i gve her the bill lah.
then she gave me a roll of cash and said "keep the change".
so i open the rubberband and count. later after minus the printing cost left me RM90 only.
wadafukkk. i charge ppl do logo only rm300+!
nvm lah.. my fault lah cuz say wanna "help!"

so ayam on the way to puchong by skve, suddenly feel kena flash by the AES on the other side of the road.
then on the way to kajang, ayam lalu at 85kmh (cuz ayam tot speed limit is 90kmh) then nice2 je posing kene flash lagi.
hidup ayam memang penuh kegagalan.
