hi all.. as per describe above..

for me this phone is quite good. i put my maxis n celcom sim. at the time i wrote this the battery still got 70% of charge. saw in the battery info ( time since last charge is 1 day 8 hour.) huhu.. maybe because not on data.. but wifi always on and notification from FB and email and whatsapp always receive and a few calls since yesterday.

Laptop Dock

The Motorola Laptop Dock is a special accessory for Atrix which makes Atrix special. The Laptop Dock looks like a Netbook with a dock behind for placing the phone.

Details of the complaint : this is my first disputed thread, sorry if wrong or mistake writing it.

Well.. case is quite simple. Inblur86 sellimg hard brick phone but stated as semi faulty. Before deal is made, i already ask if the phone can be detected by pc and he say can (ask via pm). Also ask if the phone can be claim for warranty coz i know hard brick phone wont be accepted for warranty claim and he mention can claim 100% guaranty (still got the sms). I ask this question because wanna confirm the phone is not hard brick as i do some reading at xda forum.

Inblur86 also post a picture at his thread that display the phone startup, and after reading the link he gave in the thread, i believe that the phone is not hard brick so i confirm to buy.

As for my safety, i ask my friend to do the cod for me, and my friend is not a gadget or handphone freak so didn't know much about phone problem. I just ask him the confirm the condition of the phome when cod. So my fren do the deal on behalf me wednesday nite. I did ask my fren to on the phone, and he say that got no battery.. i didnt ask him to charge coz when in fastboot mode, the fone cannto be charge normally. On thursday, my fren send me the phone via courier and i receive it on friday.

At first receive the item, i try switch it on and saw "failed to boot 0x1000 Entering NVFLASH RECOVERY MODE Battery too low to flash" damn.. i smell something not right.. but just ignore at first.. back to home, i try to charge the battery using my external charger till full.. i pm inblur86 last nite at 12 something informing him about the phone as i see him online. No reply.. then this morning i wake up, the battery already full then i try switching on.. walla.. confirm hard brick as the message displaying nvflash word few second and the screen goes blank (same as i read telling me that its a hard brick). Sms him at 10am.. and untill now no reply.

Fuh.. penat menaip.. hehe.. there goes some stories to read. Lucky i manage to quote the selling info before he change it. Will post the pm and sms screenshot if needed.

So now i got a hard brick phone.. not a semi brick phone as describe.

My Story begin.....

Refering to this thread http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/913165 i want to say that this seller is NO GOOD and should be avoided.

here's the story..

around 2.44pm 22nd jan, i call the seller.. saying im interested.. seller say can meet at gurun 6pm, i say i cannot at that time.. will ask my fren to do cod for me.. ill mention to confirm the time later..

my fren cant do cod on behalf.. so i think i do cod my self.. and got sms from seller like this :

3.01pm - seller sms "Ok. Klu konfirm nak tlg deposit rm50 sbg cagara. lg rm480 bleh d br lps dpt sps. klu xjd deal rm50 akan d pulangkn." then i ask for the acc number.. seller reply..

then..

i straight away transfer the deposit. later i sms if meet 8 pm can? he reply dh masuk deposit? i reply back yes.. he reply back at 4.44pm - "ok2. xp check lg. kira psp tu konfirm sy tolak kat bro."

i finish work at 6pm, riding ex5 to my home at sp taking 1 hour 20 minutes because of jam, then rushing go to jerai plaza the place where confirm to meet. manage to arrive at 8.05 pm ( speeding loh.. lucky no speedtrap) and sms seller mention that im already there. wait wait and wait..

8.28pm - seller reply - "sory bro.. sy xblik dr sp lg ni.igtkn smpt smpi sblm mgrib tp xdan la plak. esok mlm bleh x? sory sgt2"

me reply - "sy mai dr sp ni bro.. bkn dok gurun, esok x sempat nak patah balik, lps keja nk tru p kl.. agak2 smpi kul brapa" (thinking to wait for the seller as i already at gurun.

8.35pm - seller - "awat x msj dlu sblm p td. xabes lg ngn customer ni bnyk plak karenah dia. dlm kul 11lebih kot setel n smpi gurun, x pun esok sy sggah sp." already say ok.. later ask why not inform before coming. i reply him remind that he already say ok n mention again going to kl tomorrow"

8.46pm - seller - "adeh. btul jgk. sy pn lupa td. blik dr kl bila?" i reply back im having holiday for a week.. and ask seller if got someone who can do the cod on behalf him..

8.47pm - seller - "Xda. tggu bro blik kl bleh?psp tu sy simpan terbaik utk bro." the magic word.. i start my car, heading back to sp, then sms him if tomorrow.. what time can meet?

10.12pm - seller - "kul 9 mlm?" there.. he reply.. and i ask him again for confirmation with the word "Sure pukul 9 mlm? and never got reply.

1 am i think, still cant sleep.. login to lowyat.. saw someone mention item reserved to him at seller thread.. i reply..

this morning i take a look again and walla.. i saw this

"item sold to THE HYKOH1982..
ALL DEP WILL RETURN BACK.
HE WANT TO BUY AT THE HIGH PRICE.
CANT REFUSE HIS OFFER.
OTHER PPL WILL BE INFORM IF GOT ANY PSP I WANT TO LETGO."

i feel aa.. if this morning i meet this seller.. im going to langgar him woh..

i sms him my acc number at 9.12am asking for my deposit + my fuel + my tol fees because it's his fault not mine.. and lucky i dont claim my time.. and until 12.24pm not even a single sms reply to me.
