Recently I opened to check my old desktop to see the insides. I didn't change anything though.

I've been using it for quite awhile but suddenly it can't be turned on. It's on then it shuts down, then it on then it shuts down. Before anything can load.

Its flooding my bills, whenever i'm using 3G it sometimes changes to EDGE and it costs money!
