It's really disappointing to see many professionals are leaving this country to serve in another.
I still remember during my primary school times, I was so proud of my country, singing Negaraku every morning and my whole family used to watch mahathir's speeches.
So, I told myself that I will serve my country someday... (that was when i was 7 or 8 years old laa)
Haih... Wasted potentials. Malaysia was once on the same par as South Korea and Singapore.

PTPTN insurance

Anyone here is receiving ptptn loan? Recently i have been told to pay some amount of money for the insurance.
Any other people who is paying as well?

Im borrowing 150k, 150 X 0.96 = 144 is the amount i should pay
but the management is asking me to pay 400+

Upgrading comp

I am using on Windows xp, Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz, 1.50 of RAM and Nvidia GeForce 6200 TurboCache. I used to have smooth games in online game eg. Dota, Counter Strike, etc when i first purchased this cpu. After 2 years the cpu is starting to bug me these days. I experience lag in whatsover game, most of the times. I am quite sure that this has nothing to do with the network connection as game on the other comp works properly with no lag. I have tried reformat my comp. It has no far difference as it still lags. And I was wondering what could be the cause of this. Is the graphic card not working well? Are there any possible upgrades that i can do to my cpu to overcome these problem?
