Engage lawyer after paying deposit?

Hi,

I've recently purchased a condo unit from the developer. At the time of purchase I made the choice to use the developer's panel lawyer to execute the S&P. However, I now wish to engage my own lawyer. I'm just wondering if it's possible to do this and how I would go about doing it?

Where to buy Casio FX-82/83/85 Calculators

Hi does anyone know where I can buy the Casio FX-82/83/85 series calculators in KL/PJ area? I've tried popular but they only have the FX-350 series which is not on the list of accepted calculators by my exam board.

Any help would be appreciated.

Creative Zen Vision vs. iPod

OKay I need some help. I want to buy a portable media player which I'm looking to use mostly to watch videos.
I'm undecided as to which of the following I should buy. My price range is roughly RM1100. Anything more is not even gonna be considered (I'm not that rich). Okay, below is a list of the players I'm considering and what I've learned about them so far (which is admittedly not much). Thanks in advance.

Creative Zen Vision (30GB) - It's almost the same as the Zen Vision W except that it doesn't have a widescreen and it doesn't support as many formats as the Vision W.

Creative Zen Vision: M - It's got a small screen compared to the other Creatives which makes me think watching videos might be a problem.

Creative Zen Vision: W - It's slightly huge. And I think if I'm gonna buy this I might as well buy the iPod because they are almost the same price.

iPod Classic (80GB) - It's an iPod (duh!). I'm looking to compare maybe it's screen brightness when watching videos, it's sound quality etc.

So guys if you have any comments or criticisms about any of the players above, feel free te let me know. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again to anyone who replies.
