Hobby Raiser toystore from Penang is a SCAM!

My first experience with this irresponsible toy seller Hobby Raiser from penang was really bad. I'd purchased his item on 1st October 2014 from his ebay store. And I understand that is pre order item and it mentioned it will be ship around October 2014, and every time i have to take action to message him in advanced then he only gave me some of the excuses and delay.

After that, he just ignored all my messages in ebay, Yet i called him to mentioned about my refund issue, he telling me that if refund need to penalty another RM50 (which is not mentioned in his ebay description). Then he just hang up my call and ignore all my calls.

Till date June 2015 the seller is not sending any item to me.
