[WTA] PS Vita Add-On Help

Dear all,

I have gone through half of the PS Vita Beginner page and Googles it.

I understand that PSVita games Add-On is region specific

My Issue is
My main PSN ID is from SG, R3, I own a Ragnarok Odyssey R1. So I have issue downloading Ragnarok Odyssey Add-On content from R1 PSN into my R3 Ragnarok Odyssey

So I tried the suggestion
0. Already Setup nicely with my R3 PSN then only realize on the issue, then I proceed to step 1
1. Restore PS Vita System
2. Did NOT Format Memory Card
3. Re setup with my R1 PSN
4. Download and install the Ragnarok Odyssey Add-On
5. Verify is it inside my PSVita Add-On
6. Restore PS Vita System
7. Did NOT Format Memory Card
8. Re setup with my R3 PSN
9. And saw the content in PSVita Add-On is Other Player Data Add-On

But I read in multiple sources it work, may I know if I somehow done the process wrong?
