New SSD recommendation

Dear All,

Need a recommendation on upgrade of my old intel SSD S320 80GB. I am currently looking for a 250GB SSD. Others hardware spec like mobo, ram & cpu are on my bottom signature. I am looking to use for gaming & fast app loading for daily usage. I hope my mobo & cpu does not limit it. Should i go premium on a samsung 850 pro or otherwise. Please advice & thank you for looking.

Question on impedance?

Currently have a good old AT M30 that is good. Using it with my desktop computer & with a asus xonar sound card. I always connect it with my front audio jack in the casting front with it as on the asus xonar sound card on the back is already connect to an edifier C3.

My question is that AT M30 have an impedance of 65ohm does it need an amplifier?

Is my asus xonar provides enough juice to drive it to its full potential?

If need an amp please recommend me around RM200 budget.

I am also looking to buy a new AT M35 to replace the old AT M30.

Recommendation & suggestion are welcomed & thank you for your feedbacks.

Dedicated Sound Card

I currently used on board sound Gigabyte EP45-UD3R for my listening mp3 music & gaming on my edifier C3. I would like to know which sound card pair with this speaker is the best so that i would not have a situation where the card is not bottleneck by speaker or the other way around. Any recommendation would be great & thank you.

Gigabyte 9800GTX+ 1GB DDR3 OC Problem

Gong Xi Fatt Chai to all Si Fu,

I recently brought this Gigabyte 9800GTX+ 1GB DDR3 & tried to overclock it. Unfortunately it has bad bios version on it so couldn't overclock at all. I used GPUZ to detect its GPU core, shader & memory all was 0 & used riva tuner to overclock it & was unable to do so. I have succesfully overclock a 8800GTS before therefore it was not the mobo problem. I suspect the bios problem & sent the card back to the center & changed a new one. This time the GPUZ detected its GPU core, shader & memory correctly but wasnt able to stable oc & fan speed was unable to detect on GPUZ & riva tuner. I checked GPUZ & found bandwidth was same original & oc. I suspect this is the problem can anyone vertify this? I have attached the result of the GPUZ. From my past experience as i overclock the GPU the bandwidth will increased is this the same for 9800GTX+? I have only increased the core from 740 to 800 & not stable at all. The memory are left default. Need some advice from Si Fu here. Thank you.

Regards,
Lam
