[WTA] Gearbox 1.8 Auto 4g93.

Hi all,

I changed my Putra auto gearbox about 2years ago. It started to give back problem a couple of days ago. it started off wit a screeching noise and and the is in D mode, the gear goes into 'N' and 'D' back.(few seconds)
Sent to workshop to get it checked. Mechanic said the gearbox pump broke and to replace the part is as gud as changing the whole gearbox set.

I need advice from the sifu's. What shld i do? Change the gearbox again or just opt to change the parts? Which is more cost reducing as im on budget..

Kindly let me knoe if anyone is selling their gearbox or recommend any cut-shop plc.

Big MNC vs. Small companies

Hi Guys,

Im currently working at a big MNC company. No increment/progress, i decided to look for other job opportunities. Finally got offered frm relatively small company.
But they indeed offered gud salary package.

So now, im in dilemma. Should i stay or just move to a smaller company. Would that be a wise decision to walkout frm a giant MNC to join small firm?

Guys, help me out here....
