ok. my amp buzz like hell when i connect to my guitar. if it aint connect to my guitar, it wont buzz.

is it the cable's fault? i cant check coz i only have 1 cable. the cable is a cheapo china brand tat comes with the guitar thou.

if it's the cable's fault, what cable do u guy's suggest me to get? most important is, which lyn member can sell it? i checked my local music shop, they dun sell quality cable

thinking of change pickup

im using a gsa60. the pickup setup is HSS. im mostly using the middle pickup coz it soud better when playing clean.

i play mostly jazz n blue. n some times pop. im nt sure wat kind of pickup i should get. or is there any different?

or should i save for a HH guitar?

last night, i wanna try the effect of the tremelo bar. then i put it in, have fun with it, but then.. i cant take it out. so.. can any1 teach me how to take it out?

weird guitar problem

just now im practicing. before im practicing, my guitar doesn't buzz. then after a while, my guitar starts to buzz. i dunno what happen. i notice it when i rest after practice for half an hour. buzz as in... there's buzzing sound coming out of my amp.

BUT, when i press my finger on any string, the buzz stop. if i lift my finger, the buzz start again. no matter which or how many string i press, as long as my finger contact with the string, the buzz stop. even i put on finger on the head stock part of the string, the buzz also stop. i tried to put my finger on 1st string, the buzz stop, i put at 6th string, the buzz stop. i have no idea what make the buzz start or why the buzz will stop if i put my finger there(this prove that a part of my body MUST come in contact with the any part of the string in any part of the guitar in order to stop it buzzing).

then, i tried to put on a rubber band, to make it stop buzzing, but it wont stop. then i press down the string with my cloth, the buzz wont stop. but as soon as i remove the cloth and press with my finger, the buzz stop (this prove that is not the pressure to stop the buzz). weird. so... the only way to stop the buzz for now is use my finger and touch any part of the string, which is damn weird.

any help?

what to look out when change string gauss?

i just bought a pack of guitar string. then its not the same gauss as the 1 im using now. anything i need to look out when changing string? this is the 1st time i change string. im using a gsa60. a strat. have a tremelo but i nvr use it.

i heard from soulfly, i need to do some adjust when i change string gauss. but i dunno what adjust i need to do. i have seen some youtube vid for how to change string. but they didnt mention anything i need to look out for. any help?

how to set my microcube?

i just got my microcube an hour ago. now testing it. it seems tat i dunno how to adjust the voice. is like... how can i get a nice clear sound with light distortion? and how can i make it come out clean sound? for all i try, it keep coming out muddy sound. this is my 1st eguitar and amp. so i dun really know how to do it. im using a ibanez's gsa60 btw

finger cracked

as we play guitar, our finger skin bound to get thick. i played for like a month or 2. then my skin is kindda thick but somehow, it cracked. as in, crack. then today, i tried string benting the 1st time. the crack hooked the string. as in, the string stuck in between the crack. so... what should i do?
