Refinance housing loan or not?

My old housing loan was calculated using BLR-1.6. Loan amount was around 70k. Loan tenure is 30 years and i have serviced the loan for 2-3 years.
With the new BR and ELR taking place now, what is the impact to my current loan? Is it better to refinance since i see that the BR rate is lower than BLR?

Change spring or absorber?

Hi all,

i wanted to make my 6 year old honda city feel comfortable again (like new) when on bumpy road.
reading through most forums, they suggest to change to GAB spring. but when i called my mechanic, he said need to change the absorber (original Honda one will do), and usually people don't change the spring.

So which one is better? fyi, not enough budget to change both.

Renew Road Tax before February?

Hi all,
I wish to ask your opinions on the new policy for renewal of road tax. Previously police summons are not compulsory to pay before renewing the road tax, only JPJ summons are compulsory. Now, I have over RM2k of police summons (after discount) to pay. I think most of us have the same problem. I rather not pay the summons in order to renew the road tax. What do you guys think?
Or can we just renew insurance without renew road tax? Will the insurance be valid?

Thanks.

Hi all,
good day.

Recently I installed Folder Access to lock my folders
After I locked the folder, the folder symbol turns to a 'desktop' symbol, so everytime I clicked on the folder it will bring me to the desktop window. Recently someone uninstalled the Folder Access software from my pc.
Thus, I cannot unlock the folder even after I installed the software again. I believe if I change the desktop icon on that folder I can view the contents normally.
Does anyone know how to unlock that folder?
Please help.

Wanna tell u guys

Hi guys
about a month ago I opened a thread asking for help because my MSI mobo gave problems. Then some of u replied that there are no MSI service centre in Malaysia. Some sent for RMA through computer shops for a RM50 postage fee. For sure no one knows that there is an MSI service centre in Malaysia. If anyone knows, that would have saved me some money and others as well.

After about 6 weeks, I received my mobo back. I have sent it to a computer shop because I bought the board from a forumer and dont have the receipt. It was a long 6 weeks and a large sum of RM50. However, I was happy because MSI replaced it with a new board.

I asked the people from the shop and they said that the board was sent to Penang and later to KL. So it was not sent to Taiwan as other forumers told me. However, I dont know where is the exact location in KL. Perhaps other forumer knows and can let us all know so that all of us can benefit.

Java / Java 3D

Hi there, good day.
I have one question here.
My program has an octagon shape3D (like a room) which is defined by
coordinate (x,y,z). It also has a view to move around
inside it. My problem is that I want to do a collision
detection system so that view is confined inside the
shape3D. In other words, when the view collides with
the shape3D, it wont go further outside the shape3D.
It just stays inside it. I really hope to get help
because this problem has been around for one month.

whoever can help me solve this problem will be awarded
pls dont give algorithms. I've tried many times using coding also still not successful
