if i only have the person hp number, public bank acc number , full name and ic number( dunno real ) anot. how can i reveal his identity? i bank in to a guy 700, after bank in no reply, call also cannot get through

this ts post http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/935533?author=loveu on monday, i pmed him, he replied say he selling because dun wanna play already and start working no time, he told me if i buy both get cheaper somemore , buy 2 for rm1k. then i gave my number to him ask him sms me n call me , so he sms me, at 1st we agreed to dea with 1 psp 1st, if ok then only i bank in another 500 to him for the other 1, he then later ask me bank in full cuz he say 1 shot post 2, he not free always go post office to post, then i tell him if tat case i can only bank in rm700 1st to ensure my safety also if the psp anything wrong also i have something to hold in hand, he gave me his pulbic bank acc number, ic number telling me that he really wun cheat n he really in need of cash thatz y selling it. after bank in cant even get through him, sms no reply, told him if he still dun reply n post the item i will report police, then tuesday midnight he reply say battery dead, work until late cannot post to me, after that the whole wednesday i cannot call him, sms no reply again untill now, so i guess he is really scamming me la.

someone pls teach me what to do to get back my rm700 pls
