I dont know what is the problem...anyone know what happen to the lcd screen?..warranty finish already...

WTA Water Leaking

Hi guys..I recently bought one unit apartment last year...Top unit, 9th floor...Last month I got some problem in one of my room..There is a trace of water leaking in the wall...Due to that, the paint on the wall have been damage...I have reported this problem to my apartment JMB..They said, there is a water pipe running inside it (I mean in the wall)...

So I request them to repair it because I though that their job to repair as I pay up maintenance fee every month..They refuse to my demand because the problem is in my unit, so I have to bear the repair cost on my own...

I request a floor plan of my unit and it shows that there is a pipe running in the wall...It call PVC Vent Pipe..A quick check in google, many image shows the pipe is for ventilation of water/air/gas from/to the top...So, I guess it is from the roof of my building apartment to let the rain water properly drain..

I ask my neighbor at same floor, they also have this kind of problem...They also get the same answer like me from JMB...So, I need help from anybody that have knowledge on this to help clarify it for me...

1) What is mainly a PVC Vent Pipe?
2) If it is true that the pipe is part of the building water drainage system, is it me to bear the repair cost if there is a problem (in this case water leaking) because the pipe running through my wall?
3) I cant find any logical explanation why is the heck that pipe running at that side of wall if it true that pipe is part of my unit piping system...(I do have some knowledge in piping diagram, took Lukisan Kejuruteraan paper during SPM)

yokohama battery exploded

hi guys...today my almost 1 year yokohama din55r mf battery decided to exploded upon ignition...working as normal this morning...travel from rawang to banting and back....after shuts down the engine for a while, i need to go out again...and upon ignition, it suddenly exploded....all the acid spread in my engine area...i quickly wash it off as quickly as possible....

now, my question is have any forumer here experience battery exploded?....what can cause it to exploded?..can it be from overvoltage?...or is it due to the weather change? (hot and rain everyday)..fyi, my car always park outside my house....any way to prevent it happen again?...really make my day to

just a quick questions...i'm driving wira 1.5....anyone knows the labour charges to change brake pads n brake shoes?...one shop quote me RM20 for front & RM40 for the rear...another charge RM80 for both...is it reasonable? ...long time didn't change brake...forgot edy...
