Laptop can't get past startup

As per title, my Lenovo Z480 is currently stuck at Starting Windows screen and won't get past that. There's also an option to Launch Startup Repair but I'm also stuck on a black screen and never past that. Any solution for this? The last thing I did before the problem is probably downloading a torrent and suddenly my laptop lags and mouse cursor can't move(though I've been experiencing the lag long before this) so I restart the laptop and now this problem occurs.

Internet from router suddenly always DC

In the past 2 days, my internet connection from my router is either very slow or DC alot while the internet from the main modem(or router maybe) is fine. My main house is using the main connection and i connected a router to my other house. While it hasn't been any problem before, the connection at my other house DC alot while the main house doesn't have any problem. I checked the router at my other house and there's no problem right there. I even reswitch on several time and it's still the same. I do however have the connection like every 1 min before it DC. Any ways to figure it out? Thanks in advance.

Laptop became incredibly slow

I'm using a Lenovo Z480 and it became incredibly slow. Opening a file takes like 5 seconds to launch, Opening new tabs on chrome often results in crash. Even when i opened a youtube on a tab and change to other tab, I can't change to the youtube tab back without having massive lag and most oftenly crash. Is there any way to fix it without needing to format the laptop?

New rig BIOS problem

I just bought a new rig with this spec:

Intel Core i5-3470
MSI B75MA-P45
Mushkin 1333 4gb
Leadtek GTX670 2gb
FSP Hexa 500W
Seagate 750gb

The problem is, when i start the PC and enter the BIOS to install the Win7, it will write Entering Setup at the bottom left monitor and B2 at bottom right monitor and it won't go to the BIOS even after i clicked Del and waited for hours. Is it the mobo's fault and should i replace it? Thanks in advance.

Decided to compare same console but different type so there wont be any flame between xbox 360 and ps3 fanboy .So i got a question .

1.Which is more worth to buy between XBOX 360 Slim and XBOX 360 Jasper with Halo 3 and GOW bundle ?Both is the same price .

2.Can you tell me the game that only PS3 / Xbox 360 have and Xbox 360 / PS3 dont have ?And is the game worth buying ?Heard about little big planet last time which became the game of the year but only PS3 have it .

3.Can XBOX 360 Slim be modded to play the pirated game ?If modded already,can the XBOX 360 Slim play the original game back ?Same goes to XBOX 360 Jasper .

4.A question for both console . Is the console same like PS2/Xbox which is put CD and play or need install the game first ?If just put CD and play,what is the function of the HDD ?Store the saved game ?

Problem playing Counter Strike

I tried to play Counter Strike via Steam,at first it was in Software mode and i tried to change it to OpenGL for better video but it cant .It says my video did not support .My graphic card is GTS

250,Processor AMD 710,Ram 2gb its impossible it cant play it at OpenGL mode . So hope all of you sifus can help . Thanks

Connection Problem

I bought a new modem brand Cisco last week for replacing my old modem that only can use 2 port when i need 3 .But now,my connection always disconnected around every 5~10 minute but if im lucky can last for an hour but after that,it will disconnect .Any idea how to solve the problem ?

OK guys,as topic,i cant decide which to choose between pc and laptop . Budget around RM3.6k .Will do some travelling also but wanna play game at high setting . Cant decide wether to choose Laptop which is Benq S42 or PC which is i5,gtx260,4gb ram,etc.
