Can I get a refund if consignment number is gone?

Recently I purchased HDD from shopee and turns out the HDD is counterfeit (Relabel broken hdd).
When I try to refund, shopee asked for consignment number. I have thrown away the consignment number(didnt realized it was important for refund). The prove that I have is the seller receipt and warranty check in seagate website and diagnostic results that shows that the drive has different serial number from the label.

Any advice?

How to report fake Doctor?

There is a clinic in my area that is run by a doctor which I suspect is a fake doctor. The clinic is not covered by any insurance. There is no certificate displayed in the premise. The doctor open google to seek information in front of the patient without any shame. Most people went there got injection which he charge RM200. Scamming desperate people in this trying times.

Maybe the clinic is legal. Maybe its not. I would like the authority to come forward and verify. How do I do that? How do I report? Where do I report?

Im buying a cheap ass car. SP want my epf/kwsp statement.
I give them epf statement that censored every number except monthly contribution(from me and my employee). Now the SP asked me to provide doc without censor.

What are the risk?(Im not rich. Just poor peasant.) Should I be worried? What are the details that the banker needs? Should I censor or shouldnt I? Any bankers here can provide insight?

Claim denied. How to proceed?

This happens to my friend.

He applied for business trip overseas and it was approved by the big bos. It is written in letters that he can claim for the trip. Unfortunately, 1 day before departed, he was told by small boss that he was forbid for the trip. So he waited for a letter on that matter. Unfortunately, there was no letter. So he went for the business trip with his own money. Now he wants to claim for the trip. As expected, small bos rejected the claims. He tried forwarding this issues to Pejabat Buruh and was told that his salary is more than RM 5000 and it was out of Pejabat Buruh jurisdiction. He was told to forward this issues to IR(Industrial relationship). Unfortunately, IR only handles termination issues. IR told him to go to civil court to proceed.

What do you think he should do? Anyone with experience? The claim is less than RM 10 000. Are there any agencies that can help with this matters?
