Hi sifu / otai,
Went to the showroom and put down some deposit for the property. This project developer is MKH and boy I saw a lot of bad review from this developer. Anyway, want to know anyone have any comment or review on this upcoming project from MKH, feel free to share here. This will be my first home and hope to hear from fellow LYN members if anyone have any experience living around Kajang 2 / Semenyih area. Btw, MKH has plan to develop nearby area with commercial hub in 7~10 years, which is light years away, and the sales kit does indicate this. Unfortunately, that commercial area is just another artist impression, might not realize.

Price starts from RM670k, which is high enough to be un-affordable.

Niama got few fcukers in my opis always make the toilet room banjir by washing feet, leg and what not. Every time I wanna go shit sure the toilet room banjir, disgusting. I think I know who that fckers always do that but dont have proof. Fella always change to wear slipper and go vanish dunno where for few hour.
Kimak no need to work one, just go swim in the toilet and dunno go where to dry up.
Cannot go proper place to wash yr leg ? Whole floor banjir, wanna step in toilet also think twice, niama ka cau hai.
Fcuking dirty type of ppl. K sekian my rants.

Hi cc,
The purpose I writing here would maybe someone will chip in and give their opinion. Some of you may remember my topic bout my issue bout rare intimacy after marriage. The thing is I got fed up with her n getting intimate seems something I have to forego for a long time.
Women are practically lazy to look after themself physically after they got comfortable. For my case, she has no f*#king discipline at all. To my worst fear, she look like a 9 months pregnant lady n doesn't seem to stop there.

Buying 2nd Bike with saman

I am planning to get a 2nd motorcycle and found out that the current owner have quite a lot of saman. My question:

1. Will I inherit the saman if I buy the bike.

2. Does the current owner need to pay all the saman first before any ownership transfer.

3. Current owner only have traffic / pdrm saman, no JPJ saman.

Hey LYN members, guys and gals,

Probably some of you may remember me, else you all can just read this: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2933413

For those who remember me, I just want to say hi.

TLDR summary, less romance after married and almost close to none for many years already.

Alright, I just want to write up about some update of me. Life has been good to me on almost any anything but not in the other side of relationship. To sum up:
1. I got no kids after six years of marriage, I doubt I fcuking want one with her.
2. I stop giving any fcuk or go any where she want me to.
3. I only speak when I absolutely need to.
4. I sleep on the other room.
5. I hope I can kept doing this for more years to come, coz Im getting good at it.

k thats all the rant I got, I just need a buddy to talk to and to joke with.
