Bios problem

pls help me solve my problem. my bios need update by statement showing when boot. so i dnt know how to update bios.
anyone can help?

another problem is my pc looking unstable.when on window it will accour blue screen told hardware problem.
when it is happen 2 or 3 times then it will bck normal.so what is the problem actually.anyone can help.

Why core speed not fast as proc speed?

wta about a proc pentium D 3.2ghz.but from cpuz shown the core speed is not fast as the proc speed.it give about 2.4 somting.

anywant can halp me to ans this qstn?
if it can be make it standard pls teach me how.
