When comes to assessing Malaysia's salary on salaried worker (not self-employed or businessman), which of the recruitment agency you think that they provide the most accurate data representation which reflects the overall salary landscape in Malaysia's industry and job specialisation?

There are quite a number of recruitment agency out there, not saying all will release salary guide but I do noticed some of them released the guide every year. Unfortunately I saw few salary report from different agency have different representation on salary in the same industry and job specialisation. The difference is too big.

How to reduce car's RPM while driving high speed

Hi all, one of my old car Proton Saga FLX, the RPM will hit 3000 while driving 90-100 kmph. Is this considered normal to most cars out there, regardless of new and old?

Got ways of car modification to lower some RPM? The higher the RPM, the louder the engine noise.

Maybe RPM hit 3000 while driving 120-130 kmph I'm still ok

1. How to download app from Apple Store into PC via web browser?
2. How to extract IPA file (APK-equivalent) from downloaded app in your phone or laptop? What tool is recommended to perform the extraction of IPA file from such app?

I tried different method but failed. So far it only works for Android.

Honor X9B Screen Logon

Hi /k/, the screen logon from this Honor X9B phone, how to disable it? I can't find the right setting.

As every time my finger touch the screen indirectly (like holding the phone walking or put inside bags or pockets), it will always trigger the prompt up screen. It's annoying and I don't want this keep triggering to avoid screen lock or some detection problem.

I rather manually press side button to trigger screen logon.

Average Salary in Healthcare Industry

Whenever elderly says to becoming a doctor or working in healthcare industry is very lucrative, how come I don't see healthcare workers' salary are above average compared to other industries?

At least top 3 highest-paid industries in Malaysia to be convincing.

Or only very limited to those who working as specialist doctor in private hospital can earn massively?

Shock Absorber vs Strut Bar (to reduce body roll)

Hi all, as I want to have minor enhancement on my car, especially to reduce car's body roll during cornering, reduce chassis flex / noise, improve handling and better grip on the road (reduce bumpiness / vibration / shakiness when crossing uneven road).

I found out that both shock absorber and strut bar offer similar features mentioned above as I done some research. So which one is the most preferred option? I'm not car expert here.

Any idea?

Condo / Property Life Expectancy

If a condo exist for 30-50 years above, and deemed to be unrepairable or too high cost for repair, then the condo has to demolish?

If demolish is a must, then what happens to existing owner who owns there? Do they lose entire unit without compensation (because of demolish), since they have settled long length of 30 years full installment?

As I always see some low rise or high rise condo got visible cracks at outer layer (especially Times Square or 5-storey old shoplot).

The more you can save per month, the more cash flow you have?
Bank account or asset got few hundred k or millions then it's different talk.

Guys, if my car engine is 1.3cc (manual) while my tyre is 13-inch. If I plan to increase my tyre size to 14 or 15 inch:

1. Does car engine capacity correspond to the ideal size of tyre? (For example, car with engine 1.3cc best suit for 13- and 14-inch tyre. 15-inch tyre is good but not the ideal level.)
2. What is ideal size of tyre for a car with 1.3cc engine? 14-inch or 15-inch?
3. What is the ideal selection for particular car tyre size? For example, 185/60R14 or 185/55R15.

If you wish to buy a transit-oriented property (landed or condo), no matter you are buying for own stay or investment, no matter how beautiful / ugly or cheap / beautiful is the condo etc, and if you are looking on train line perspective, which train line you will prefer to have to near to your property?

The question I asked is I want to know how fast is speed-arrival to train station among LRT, MRT, Monorail, KTM rail line.

I only know KTM is the train that is slowest and need longest waiting period.
