Recommendation for knee arthoscope doctor in KL

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a good doctor for knee arthoscope procedure in Selangor. Doctor suspect that I'm having plica syndrome however have done xray and MRI which shows only grade 1 cartilage injury (patellofemoral chondral cartilage) so I did physio for few months with no improvement and maybe got worse.

Appreciate if anyone can share a good doctor for knee scope and share your experience with plica syndrome will be good.

My symptoms is my knee feels like going out of place accompany with random sharp pain at calf, feet, thigh but the pain will go away once extending my knee which cause a loud crack and knee goes back into place. This happens even with normal walking.

Hi guys,

I was wondering if there is such thing as 50cm (19.7in) exercise ball. I want to get one for my petite gf for her physiotherapy (scoliosis patient). Her physiotherapist told her to get a 55cm exercise ball (anti-burst and no sand) but also said that that size most probably is a little too big for her.
So, if there are 50cm exercise balls in the market, where can I get one?
