            <title>LIPO 6&amp;#39;s Live HUMAN guinea pig</title>

            <description>&lt;span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'&gt;This is a journal to see how effective LIPO 6 is in &lt;span style='color:red'&gt;BURNING&lt;/span&gt; fat&amp;#33;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'&gt;With &lt;span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'&gt;&lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;&lt;b&gt;minimal exercise&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But first and foremost before I start....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal Profile&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Name: Cute &amp;amp; Wired&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Age: 23&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Weight: 55 kilos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Height: Not very sure~ around 160 to 163 maybe?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;****************************************************************************************************************************************************************&lt;br /&gt;Now let&amp;#39;s see what do I have in mind? Hmm.....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mission 1:&lt;/b&gt; Lose my FAT thigh by rope skipping for 2 weeks&amp;#33; &lt;br /&gt;Note: Though I&amp;#39;m not overweight but I sure have &lt;b&gt;GIGANTIC&lt;/b&gt; thigh&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mission 2:&lt;/b&gt; Find &lt;b&gt;&lt;span style='color:red'&gt;3 fat ppl &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;and C how fast they can lost weight by using LIPO 6 but....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='font-size:12pt;line-height:100%'&gt;&lt;span style='color:red'&gt;Everyone can only do 1 type of exercise~&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:green'&gt;GUINEA PIG A:&lt;/span&gt; Rope skipping for 15 minutes per day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:purple'&gt;GUINEA PIG B:&lt;/span&gt; Lift 1.5kg dumbell, 15 reps 4 sets for each arm. Must finish within 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:orange'&gt;GUINEA PIG C:&lt;/span&gt; Squat up and down, 15 reps 4 sets. Must finish within 30 minutes as well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;They can still eat KFC, PIZZA HUT and stuffs&amp;#33; Food diary &amp;amp; photos from each GUINEA PIG will be uploaded.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That&amp;#39;s all for now.
