Liquid spillage

Anyone has any idea how much repair will cost for water spillage on laptop keyboard in penang?
I accidentally poured half a mug of plain water on my Dell. Really dumb luck. Have dried it over night. Cant get pass the startup when turned on. With that, unusual beeping sounds sounded like an alarm.

casing or bag for 88 key digital piano

would just like to ask where can i purchase or custom make a carrying bag/case for my 88 key digital piano.
it is a hassle for me to pack it in a box whenever i travel.

is there a place i can go to in KL or Penang? (preferrably KL now cause i'll be sticking around for another 3 months)

i am equiped with laptop, digital piano casio CDP-200R and a USB cable A-B type.

is it possible that i record my playings with whatever tones/voices i have in my dp without having a audio interface?

how do i make it possible?

I currently own a Casio CTK-710, hoping to find a better replacement.
i'm interested in finding a portable keyboard which preferably has the full 88 keys, no less than 61 because i already own one.
i prefer something affordable like Casio.
i would like it to have 3 level of key sensitivity, Windows 7 compatible for midi.
where can i obtain such a keyboard, in Penang Island or Klang Valley?

is there anybody here whom studied music degree in our public unis such as UM, UPM and USM?
i would like to gain more insight regarding this course and what to expect during auditions/interviews.
would also like to know how many students are accepted in a batch.

What happens when USM rejects you?

I'm considering applying courses in USM.
What I would like to ask is: In the event that USM rejects you (fyi, USM achieved Apex status), would the choices that you list in the UPU application be considered?
I hope people with such experience in this situation can give an insight or anyone with good inside information regarding this question.

Reasons for Changing Stream in Form 6

I'm want to change from science stream to art stream.
What kind of good reasons should I put in the Borang Permohonan Rayuan Tukar Jurusan Tingaktan Enam Bawah Tahun 2008. I will be taking Geografi, Pengajian Perniagaan, Ekonomi if my application is accepted. One of my personal reasons for changing stream is because I would most likely further study in the English language and minor in music education. Would like advice from those who had filled in this form before.

Studying Art Stream in form 6 or diploma in music

i had studied in Science stream when i was in form 4 and 5.
after my spm, i decided to study art stream in form 6 because I intend to study music after that.
so, if i do my stpm well i can study music in local Us.

however, my mom has given me an option to get a scholarship for diploma in music.

I would like to know your opinion whether I should go with form 6 or college.
Secondly, I would like to know which institution provides a scholarship for diploma in music.

P.S. I'm currently studying Grade 8 Theory of music. I had completed my practical. I'm also going for NS in this coming March. So, if I were to go for diploma, that would probably happen after march or dec 2009 depending on when I take the ABRSM theory exam.
