To anyone who had travelled out of Malaysia recently, Is the tax already being imposed?

If it had, where do they collect it? Is it at the immigration or check-in counter? Is it by cash or can also credit card?

The above websites are search engines for comparing ticket prices.

My question: Is these sites can be trusted?
Has anyone used it before to buy flight tickets?

I'm searching flight tickets to London for next year.
Have search the skyscanner, cheapflight and Kayak. They gave good prices eg RM2800 per pax using emirates. But this price is given by site named by GotoGate or Jetradar.
Again, is it safe to buy through these sites. Anyone experience purchasing from this sites.

Really appreciate your opinion and help.
