However upon booting up the machine (two days after the deal) I discover that the battery are not able to charge in full, tried discharging the battery until flat and recharge again, yet the battery are not able to be fully charged (stop at 76%); contacted seller who redirect me to Lenovo who after a week gave me another battery as replacement.&lt;br /&gt;However much to my disappointment, the same problem also applies to the new battery (not able to charge in full). I then conclude that the problem now lie in the machine itself and not the battery. I am losing confidence and hence contacted seller for a refund or an exchange as I cannot afford to waste time going round and calling Lenovo again. To my disappointment, the seller could not accommodate my request but have suggested to “send in the unit to service center for diagnostic”.&lt;br /&gt;My issue here:- &lt;br /&gt;1) Why am I being the victim here, I think it is the responsibility of the seller to get the machine fixed as the item he sold is clearly defective from day 1(I contacted seller as soon as I discover the irregularities, which is two days after deal)&lt;br /&gt;2) Seller insists that “this is the first case happen throughout our 2-3 years deal with our customers.” This coming from an experience seller is really “kindergarden” grade to me and show lack of accountability. &lt;br /&gt;3) Don’t get me wrong, the seller is a nice guy and I hoping for a resolution that is acceptable to me.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
