Inconsistence Connectivity

After switching to Samsung Note 9, I have encountered inconsistence connectivity. My internet connectivity always drop for few mins and resume back.
I'm using hotlink as second Sim, and I got no issue for first Sim, when I'm in Singapore using Singapore Sim Card.

I have also swapped slow between 2 Simcards, the issue still persist on hotlink simcard. Did any sifu encounter similar issue before?

PC hang while playing game

I encountered almost 100% system hang problem while launching NFS UnderCover on my newly built system. (This is the first and only one game I've run in my system so far). The system will hang with inconsistent duration, I encountered the earliest hang time is 5 secs while 7mins is the longer lasting time before system is hung.

I can only hard reset the system after it's hung.

So far, all the hardware drivers are installed from come in box discs and I didn't update any of them. Below are my system:

Proc: E7400
Mobo: Gigabyte ep45
Ram: 2x 2GB Corsair XMS2
GC: Galaxy 260 OC tri fans
PSU: 550W Gigabyte Odin Pro

Hope can get you guys' idea on sorting out the root cause of the problem. Is it software problem (the game itself) or hardware problem (if so, which one do you think).

Thanks.

Latest Update (7 July):
=========================================================

I have tried to run the memtest and below are my findings:

i) Dual Channel on each 2slots, both will give me errors or hang half way.
ii) Stick A on every 4 slots, OK.
iii) Stick B on every 4 slots, OK.

I only encountered problem when I tried to run on dual channel interleaved mode.

Can anyone here tell me what's wrong is going on. Thanks.

Any of you have tried to update the mailing address in KWSP i-Akaun before?

I've tried twice and every time when I've finish filled in my latest mailing address and click "update" button at bottom. It will automatically bring me to the log in page again. Only one active session is allowed at any one time!

It's really annoying and hope anyone who has successfully updated before, can teach me the way to update it?
