Hi, does anyone use MaiTop or maica table top for ur kitchen cabinet?

I am about to to kitchen cabinet. My designer strongly recommend me to use this MaiTop for the surface. How is it compare to solid surface/quartz stone/granite/tiles? Is it suitable to use for wet kitchen? Is it heat resistant?

HELP! Neighbor overbuilt?!

I just found out tat my new house's neighbor is doing renovation with some extension (as shown in pic below).

FYI this is a new housing area built by developer. My house is double story semi-D and next door is single story semi-D.

I am currently planing my house's renovation but when I see this today I m very sad. The wall looks so ugly..

I have never meet the owner before.

My question is:
1. Is it legal to do such extension up to the side fence?

2. Despite being sad and angry, I wish to maintain good relationship with my neighbor in the future. Wat should I do now?

Hi, i am in the process of starting a office business. need to buy two pc. one at the counter for staff to use. another for. staff pc basic should be enough. my pc aiming for middle range.

most importantly need to be durable.
i used to buy pc by self customization (bought 4 pcs so far) all not durable. problems starts around 3 yrs.
so i need something which can last me for years as i need to store info for my business with the pc.
therefore i m now looking for those branded pc with the hope tat it can last longer and hassle free.
am i on the right tract?

not sure which brand are good tho. can gime some idea?
