Hi guys,

Just want to know how do we calculate the monthly interest we have to pay before the property had been build finish? Let say I loan rm300,000 for the property and the interest is 4.5% and need 3 years to complete. How do we calculate the monthly interest?

Problem surfing taobao.com?

Hi guys,
Lately it has been very difficult to surf the http://world.taobao.com/ website. When I type some item to search in taobao, it seems to just loading loading loading... and after 5 minutes, it just show webpage cannot display.
Is it just me? Or u guys have the same problem too?

“Run as admin” prevents application from autostart

I have created an application for windows 8 in C#, and because it need to create/write/read certain text files, I need to put it to "run as administrator" only it will function properly. I also need this application to auto startup after my windows8 boot up.

But seems like "run as administrator" doesn't work with auto startup in windows 8. My application won't auto startup if I put it as "run as administrator". Windows 7 and windows xp don't have this problem.

Is there any solution programmatically to this? I really need both "run as administrator" and auto startup.

Hi guys.. I'm using Android 4.2.2 and lately I found out that my device download a lot and use up a lot of data. I've installed a data monitoring app and found out that the process.android.media used up quite a lot of data. May I ask what is process.android.media?
Is there a way to know what process.android.media downloaded?

Unifi modem strike by lightning twice in 3 months.

Hi guys,
Just want to know is there anyway to protect my unifi modem from lightning strike? I'm staying in an apartment so can't do much if the lightning protection device on the rooftop can't work. I just want to prevent my modem from being strike again. Even though TM have lifetime warranty on the modem, it's very troublesome to always have to contact TM and wait for their technician to come.
Some people say pull off the telephone line when there is thunderstorm, but if you are not at home during thunderstorm, how to pull off?

My laptop can't detect my unifi wifi

recently jz installed unifi. the problem is, my laptop can't detect its wifi. I hv try other device like smartphone n ipad n they can detect the wifi n connect no problem. why my laptop can't? for info, my laptop is windows xp.

Baby car seat and air bag.

Research says that air bag are dangerous to baby. So, just want to know any of you opt to disconnect the air bag in your car's front passenger seat just to put baby's car seat? I have a Perodua Myvi and if disconnected the air bag, does it void the air bag warranty?

Recently have take up a housing loan. I know that for the first few years, the installment we pay, a big amount is for paying the interest right?

Let say we pay rm1000 for installment each month, do you guys know how much percentage out of rm1000 is to pay interest and how much percentage out of rm1000 is to pay the principal?

I have bought a apartment last year. Everything went smoothly until my loan lawyer lost the original title documents and we have to wait for 6 months for them to produce the replacement title documents again. Our SPA lawyer (both us and seller use the same SPA lawyer) said since it is our side who delayed, they will need us to pay the late payment interest to the seller when everything is finalized. I want to know am I have the right to charge this late payment interest to the loan lawyer since it is not our fault and it is them who lost the documents?

At the mean time, the seller had not been paying the maintenance fee of the apartment for 6 months and he said I should be the one paying because it's our side who delayed. Am I have the right to charge this maintenance fee to the loan lawyer too?

Invalid Partition Table

I have a problem with my Dell laptop. This morning when I power up it, it can't load windows. It just show a 'invalid partition table' with a black screen. No matter how many time I on my laptop, it is still the same. Yesterday it was still fine.
Do you guys have any idea what what wrong?

Just want to know, if we buy a property for the price of for example RM200k and pay installment for 30 years. In the end we will be paying RM300k++ because of the interest right?
But then if we sold the property, we have to pay back bank only RM200k? or we pay back RM300k++?

Laptop battery won't charge

Hi guys,
Recently face a problem with my laptop. Don't know it's the battery problem or the adapter problem. When I plug in the adapter with the battery on the laptop to charge, it won't charge. The percentage of battery shown is stagnant, it won't go high or go low. I tried take out the battery and just use the power from the adapter, but this time my laptop can't power on. Do you guys knows what is the problem?
