Details of the complaint :
On 20 August, i've bought 13 PG bags from bbinn2008, I've banked in RM 390 into her MBB acoount at 4.37pm @ bdr sunway. according to her, it will take 4 to 6 weeks for the bags to reach me. i've understand the terms & conditions as this is the 2nd time i deal with her. then, only at 14 Oct (which it has been more than 6 weeks), i received 7 bags from her which mean she still have 6 bags yet to send to me. According to her last email, she will send it to me in the following week. However, until Today (9 November) i've still yet to receive any reply from her. i've sent her PM & thread... however a week past, she still din reply to me.

What necessary step should i take to protect me as a buyer? any law/act that i can refer to against her? Please advise.
