Printer problem (i need help!)

I tried to print a document, there is no ink on the paper..

Next, I started cleaning, then had it nozzle checked for the first time, there is small amount of ink.

Then tried for second cleaning, hoping it will get better, but the nozzle check was unsuccessful as there was nothing printed on the paper.

Finally, I refill the cartridge with black ink but it spilled out from below part of the cartridge. Nozzle check again. Nothing.

I don't know what happened with it... Is the cartridge totally spoiled? Or did I did it wrongly? I followed the instructions on the paper given with the refill ink.

I'm totally n00b in these stuff, can anyone help me to solve the problem? Thank you!

First of all, let me explain for those who have no idea what reverse harem is.

I would love to know other animes with really cool and good comedy in it like School Rumble, Bleach, Mushishi, etc. etc.

*a lil yuri/yaoi is ok, but not that too ecchi type like "Loveless"*, preferable w/o them.

lol no hentai please as my com can be viewed by everyone in the living room and I dislike them.
