Guys,

Need your opinion on the Emerald Service Apartment in damansara Perdana. Im thinking of buying one unit for investment. Have you guys heard anything negative about this project like poor security, poor materials being used, leaking problems, etc.

Will it appreciate much considering there are thoussands of condo unit around this area?
