House Grill

I just bought a house. It is a semi d house. I just need an estimation of how much is the grill going to cost me for all my windows and doors. I'm just looking for simple and normal grill, not the wrought iron grill. Im thinking of just a simple horizontal bar thoughout the grill.

Hi Guys,

I'm planning to buy a house semi-d unit and now looking for bank loans. House price is 394K but I'm going to loan only 350K. Location is Bandar Lake Kesuma, Semenyih. Loan is under 2 name and to get approval is not a problem for me. Now I'm just looking for any advice which bank can provide me lowest interest rate. So far I got 2 offer from banker officers and what they offer me as below:

Current BLR = 5.55

1. RHB Bank (Islamic)
* BLR/IFR: - 2.25
* Ceiling BLR: 10.25
* Tenure = 30 years
* Non Free Moving Cost (NMFC)
* MRTA = Optional
* The officer said, he is trying to get BLR - 2.3 because he said before this with Free Moving (FMC) he already got several client approved for BLR - 2.25.

2. Affin Bank (Islamic)
* BLR/IFR - 2.25
* Ceiling BLR: 10.00
* Tenure = 30 years
* FMC
* Stupid Free gift maybe
* MRTA Optional

3. Hong Leong (Islamic)
* The officer trying to compete RHB but not sure yet what they can offer.

Which company would you prefer to renew your vehicle insurance?

AMbank, Tokio Marine, Kurnia ...etc

Which way do you prefer to renew your motokar insurance? internet, myeg, manual (walk-in to any insurance company)

Anyone got any bad experienced with any of the insurance company could share their stories.

Cisco 837 ADSL router

Have anyone use Cisco 837-K9-64 ADSL Router? It is an old model. I'm planning to buy this router to study CCNA.
Is it working with our ISP provider such as streamyx? How about the function and is it good enough for me to study CCNA course.
Anyone know how much is the power cable cost and where to get it?

Hi..Newbie here...

I bought a ps3 last year on Nov, I rarely play the PS3 because don't have much time thou...

Yesterday I bought new game GT5 English and it req me to update my ps3 to v2.17...I update to that firmware then the system detect another update which is 2.30 from the internet, so i also update...

Once I want to start the game, it request either to install or not on my PS3 HD and i choose to install. During installation, it hang maybe around 75-80 % and I restart the machine...Afterthat my PS3 cannot read any of my BD disk...Anyone got this problem?... ...I have tried all type of sytem restore or formatting the HD on my PS3 but still cant read any of my PS3 game or BD movie...What I notice is that the BD icon is not appear anymore on the XMB...

Any suggestion U guys????

I browse through lots of forum to find solution but all said it seems like the BD lense is KONG already... Anyone else got this problem???Any other thing that I can try maybe before I send back for warranty ...Need to pay RM250 some more to dealer to claim warranty from Sony Singapore
