Buying first property

Hi Everyone,

Recently I just made a purchase for my first house.Ive applied for few bank loans,and they have approved.Whats the next move?

The agent mentioned that can sign SPA and pay the deposits.He did mentioned that I could use his lawyer(and offer discounts on the legal fees).Is this the right move?
Or should I stick with the panel lawyer appointed by the bank that I chose?
