Hi, we are looking to sell our room rental business which already established for 1 year plus. We have 4 units and 16 rooms now and all fully occupied, monthly net profit (after deduction of utilities and rental) is roughly RM4000.

We are looking to sell the business for RM50,000 /=

Inclusive of:
** RM19,000 in total of rental deposit from 4 units
** fully furnished furniture in all 4 units (furniture and electronic appliances)
** step by step guide on how to run a room rental business
** extension on current contracts
** free advise on next unit setup location
** free assistance to setup 5th unit
** helping you to get tenants for 5th unit without any charges

Our units are located @ Kuchai Lama area and Jalan Kuching area. We are focusing on long term room rental with minimum 6 months contract. Our target customers/tenants are all working adult.

Once you finish setting up and fill with tenants, the business basically auto run by itself. The reason we wanted to sell this business is because we are looking to setup at another area.

[SOLVED] Ms Excel reverse formula

Hi, I have a set of data that I need to do a reverse formula calculation. I do not know how to use goal seek function with multiple cells as I need to change data on multiple cells.

Below is the picture of the set of data.

SOLVED VALUE has to match with TARGET VALUE as FIXED VALUE has to be exactly "20".

Example of for first line:
Target value formula is =(B2*5+C2*4+D2*3+E2*2+F2*1)*(H2/20)
Fixed value formula is =B2+C2+D2+E2+F2

Is that possible that i can get the value on Row B to Row F using goal seek or any other tools on excel?

I dont know where should I ask for help....

I had bought a new PSP...
Those games work perfectly but the only problem is I cant load back the game I saved...
Can anyone tell me whats the problems???
Is it my memory card's problems??
