Upgrading problem(Mobo Enlight

i just bough a new mobo Enlight 865gvsda3.....that the last choice i ever got sense no more 478 socket in the market..
im using 256+256 ddr400
and i use ati radeon 5500 extreme
my main problem here i cant install the ram...256 can run normally but if i put 1 more slot with 256 it wont start... just giving me a long beeeppppppppppppppp....
same with the agp...if i use the build in display it working fine but if i put agp it giving me long beeeepp...
so that 2 problem ^^(sorry bad english)
plz help me ^^donno how to seattle this matter...mayb this is a nooobie question..
