Hi guys,

I need some serious help.

I lost my job due to retrenchment in end-Nov 2024.

I have successfully claimed my EIS-Month 1 in Jan'2025.

Now EIS reminding me to do for EIS-Month 2.

When i search the EIS Portal, I could not find any place for me to apply for Month 2 or subsequent month.

Could anyone has the experience in this area help me out? Please teach me how to apply for EIS-Month 2 and onwards.

Life is tough.

New PC Cannot Open Certain Websites

Hi bro

My new computer is received.

One question, why I couldn't load certain website in this new PC (example: crypto exchange, movie sites, japan av sites)? Setting?

I can load and access those websites in my old PC.

May I know what should I do to solve this issue?

The error shown like this: "hmmm....cannot find that page"

Hi guys,

I have just bought a new PC, I have tried Edge and Chrome, I could not open certain webistes (such as crypto exchange, movie site, japan av site). I can open all of these in my old PC no issue.

May I know what would be the problem? Security Setting?

Any solution?

The error message = hmmm......can't reach this page

Let's say i have a million RM in Malaysia Crypto / Stock Exchange, if i wanna withdrwal that sum of money into my malaysia local bank account.

Q1: is there any daily online banking deposit limit set by local bank?

Q2: will this alert Bank Negara?

Can teach me how to do it safely without trouble? It is all legit money, just try to stay out of unneccesary trouble.

Lately in social media, i saw many advertisement for this called KETOZEN.

It said can reduce weights foe eldery.

I never heard about this product before and it is hard to believe just a pill can do that.

Toyota Altis or Honda Civic

Hi guys,

My preference: nice, comfortable smooth bump less ride.

I have plan to get either a Altis or Civic, both has it own goods and bads. Personally, i have bad experience with Honda.

My previous ride were 2015 Honda Accord 2.4 and 2015 Honda CRV. The ride is so bumpy and not comfortable at all. The NVH is pretty bad for Honda, not match to the price that I paid for such car.

Q1: in term of ride quality and comfort level and NVH, which is the better buy?

Q2: i saw overseas new 2025 Altis is so damn nice, will Toyota Malaysia launch the same in 2025?

Any valuable constructive advice appreciated.

2024 Malaysia Service Tax for Logistic

I need some help.

I am in logistic business, the latest budget mentioned that service tax 6% will expand coverage to logistic services. so far, we are not registered for service tax.

I consult Ernst & Young, they wanna charge me RM50k just o consult and register for SST. I think this is rediculous.

If i remember, register for SST and monthly report and payment to government should be straight forward.

Could any bro or sis here can advice me: what should I do step by step?

May I know what is the roughly price range (all in including labour cost) to replace the cooling coil, valve etc in Subang / PJ areas?

Some told me for Proton Saga is about RM1.5k

Japanese and Continental will be much higher over RM2.0k

I am going into semi-retired soon.

I am thinking to get either one of those and use it for daily commuter.

In fact, Toyota Altis would be a perfect choice, superb comfort + reliable + good looking (2014 model onwards), but the price is at least +20k additional with the same year model of K3 / Elantra / K5.

I am in a delimma now.

With $40k+ budget, i need your input as i am no car expert.

When i am using 2.4Ghz hotspot in my phone, my laptop and other smartphone can see my sharing hotspot.

When i am selecting 5.0 Ghz, my laptop and other smartphone cannot see my sharing hotspot !
