Weird power supply issue

Actually, this happened a long time ago. I have this CM MWE 650W power supply sitting in my cupboard. So what happened before is that it runs perfectly when switched on, and I've left my PC on for months on end with no problems. But the problems come when it restarts or shuts down. When the PC restarts of shutdowns there's like a 50/50 chance that it won't be able to boot up again. Like I hit the power button and it won't power on or post. But after leaving it for a few hours it would suddenly be able to power up again. I RMA'ed the PSU once and they gave me a new unit, and it happened again. So I ended up buying a corsair PSU and haven't seen that issue since. So like I said it's been sitting in my cupboard, and it's practically brand new used for less than a month, and thought ok time to figure this out so hopefully, I can have an extra PSU to use.

PS: The CM PSU was for free and I needed a working PSU urgently that's why I didn't bother to keep RMA'ing it.

Edit: All the lights/LEDs/indicators will come on but it just won't power up. Note power up not post.

I like Uniqlo t-shirts, but they're a bit to thin and not very durable, they're cheap and comfy. But where do you feel has the best t-shirts, no fancy design or boxes, just good solid coloured t-shirts. Budget can vary, just wanna know.

Atmos on PC

So I have the Denon x1200W with updated firmware to support ATMOS and DTS:X, my receiver seems to be able to detect when I play ATMOS files from my PC, but I can't seem to change the sound settings to Dolbt Atmos for home theater. Whenever I do it just says device is not supported. Connected via HDMI to my graphic card GTX980.

Where to repair studio gear

So my company has an old Visatec Solo 400B. It was here before I joined and its been giving us problems, it doesn't fire off consistently, like maybe 1 out of 10 or more shots only it'll fire once. My company kinda cheapskate so was wondering if there's someplace that can repair this? Maybe it needs a bulb replacement but no idea where to get it. If really no place can repair it then probably only then I can convince my company to get some new gear.

Building a pc microphone

Hey guys, i'm looking to build a microphone from scratch for using while talking on discord/skype etc. Because well those microphones found on the market kinda sucks unless you go for condensor mic level. I once had mic called Zalman MC-1 and that was perfect. Any ideas where I can get those "microphones" as in the receiver inside? A good one? Don't know if 3.5mm jacks have enough power to power dynamic microphones, so looking for small ones but good ones.
