At first i saw the news of this chinese grab driver belanja amoi malay for food in bazaar for buka puasa , i thought humanity still exists , until i saw all the photo ... then only i realize subject to T&C LOL

After i found the malay girl photo ... no wonder la smart ah wei
IF you were ah wei will you do the same ? hehe
The girl just posted saying she is still single and available.

Anyway summary :

Menurut Aqilah lagi, dia cukup tersentuh kerana Ahwei terpaksa meletakkan keretanya jauh dari bazar namun tetap sanggup berjalan bersamanya.

Melihatkan peribadi Ahwei yang begitu baik hati, Aqilah kemudian mengajaknya berbuka puasa bersama keluarganya di rumah. Namun Ahwei menolak.

Ahwei telah membelanjakan wang sebanyak RM22 untuk juadah berbukanya, manakala dia membayar tambang sebanyak RM24.

Largest Honda showroom in malaysia

Hi all , 2019 has come and plan to get a civic.
went to a random showroom nearby my area , and it shock me.

Since when honda is doing so well that it had a fuc**ing escalator inside their showroom.
service from SA is quite good even thou i wear like koyak koyak with slipper , tanya tanya and no buy at the end.

Anyone know which showroom is the largest in malaysia ? plan to lepak lepak see see got how big.

Comparing Lamborghini , bmw , proton showroom , honda seems doing quite good these years , with its city + civic sales

Transfer Of Half Share

hi i open up this discussion as a topic for education as well as what happens when transfer of half share occur.

Scenario :
ME + friend bought a sub sale condo
House value : 600k
loan : 540k
**installment serve for 2 years already

Paid 27k for S&P and legal agreement

Now want to change both loan + S&P from me + friend --> me + brother

Problem arise now
any way for me to save legal fees ?
laywer told me to pay another 25k+- to redo fresh S&P and refinancing agreement

Bank side not a problem just apply refinancing + change borrower with no penalty

Property is leasehold and still under master title and havent change to strate yet.

there are two method which i found from laywer which is

a)Transfer of half share deed
b)Redo whole S&P
*felt stingy as they say both with require the same amount of money to do it

i just want to save money on legal for second time , is there any loophole to minimize the legal side fees ?
really need help from all sifus

seeking 2 firm also asking me to redo fresh S&P , but banker ask me to do transfer of half share to save money

what should i do for spartan race ?

hi guys ...... recently my good friend ask me to join a run call spartan run ... the name itself seems interesting .... and he convince me to join since he say it will be fun....so without doing much research and trust my friend .... i joined and paid RM290

Details of the race im joining :
22 f*cking KM + 30 f*cking obstacles
failure / skip one obstacles result in 30 burpee before complete to next stage

After i joined , few days later i googles and youtube and seems to a bit regret now my friend tell me not to worry because we are in a team but still im quite worried

what should i do now ? and how to train ? any GUIDE from LYN who go before ? 40 more days to go T.T

FYI , i never join any marathon before , never join any obstacles run before as well .... the last time i run is during my secondary school which is 10 years ago and i hardly go gym as well....

but i will still go because i dont want waste the money

search from google and mudah cant seems to find any for sale in malaysia

Budget : 500-700k

traffic is bad nowadays jam everywhere especially KL, very frustrating driving a car ... So, plan to sell my car to buy a heli instead

the reason i buy a heli is because i got flying license but i cant afford commercial plane like dan bilzerian , therefore something small and tiny for me should be suffice.
