Hi All

Every 15th, I will pay my rental fee.

On 12th Jan, I informed my landlord that I will move out on 28th Feb.
Then on 15th Feb, the landlord said will use my 1-month deposit as for the February rental fee.
Question (A) Can I ask for refund for half-month rental fee?

On 23th Feb, I decided to extend my stay until 15th March, since I paid for the whole month rental fee.
But my landlord said can't, cause the new tenant will move in on the 1st month.
Question (B) In this case, can I ask for refund for half-month rental fee? or full-month rental fee? Since he forced me to move out?
