Guild Wars Malaysia Latency

Hye there guys, i am planning to buy Guild Wars, i like the ablity to play solo in the game because if not have much time in grinding in mmo games. But i just curios how the latency of the game in Malaysia. I have a Jaring Flite Basic Wireless 384kbps connection. I have tried many F2P mmorpg such as Requiem, Rohan, Last Chaos and i always got this delay between attacking monsters and such.

Can u all share some of your experience with these games and maybe u can recommend some good mmorpg for me to start with. Thanks..
