Cost of relocating Unifi BTU & Router/Modem

Sorry if this has been asked before.

I've contacted TM via Livechat and requested for the cost of relocating my home Unifi BTU and Wifi Router/modem from first floor's back room (nearest to the FTB) to ground floor's living room (front part of my double storey house in Subang).

Estimated costs breakdown as quoted by the CS staff:
1. Changing BTU location without FTB modification - RM200
2. Changing BTU location with FTB modification - RM300
3. RM50 initial wiring charge + additional RM5 /meter fiber cabling (which will be determined by the contractor onsite later).

From this, I already need to fork out RM250 (200+50) before any work is done - not including the extra cabling required.

I'm wondering why the difference in costings as compared with TM's official FAQ:
