Maahad Tahfiz Sains Ad Dawwamah yang terletak di Kampung Buaya, Menora, Kuala Kangsar, Perak mempunyai kawasan sekolah yang agak kecil dan sempit. Memandangkan jangkaan jumlah penambahan pelajar akan meningkat mulai tahun depan maka pihak pentadbiran sekolah bercadang untuk membeli sebidang tanah di lokasi bersebelahan dan bersempadan di belakang maahad tahfiz ini.

Tuan punya tanah bernama En. Abu Omar Bin Don telah bersetuju untuk menjual tanahnya seluas 1.343 hektar kepada maahad tahfiz dengan harga rm 250,000. Tanah di atas nama beliau dan isterinya Puan Rahani Binti Abdul Hamid.

Beliau telah menandatangani surat perjanjian jual tanah tersebut kepada Maahad Tahfiz.

Memandangkan pihak sekolah tidak berkemampuan untuk membiayai pembelian tanah tersebut maka pihak sekolah membuka ruang untuk pembeli-pembeli di luar sana yang berniat untuk membantu pembelian tanah tersebut, maka pihak tahfiz menawarkan jualan rm18 untuk 1 meter persegi dan dari tanah tersebut utk diwaqafkan kepada maahad tahfiz Sains Ad Dawwamah.
