Server upgrade or buy new...

Hi all sifu here, as my company is going to expand n we r setting up a new office soon. I m planning to upgrade my 6 yrs old server which have below spec,
Intel Xeon e5310 x1
771 mobo which support dual CPU
1gb ecc 667mhz ram x2
74gb sas 15k hdd x 1
Win server 2003

I plan to add in parts as below,
Extra 1pcs e5310
2x 2gb 667mhz ecc ram
2 x 146gb sas 15k hdd
Total cost around rm3k (some parts were refurbished)

Question is, is it justified to upgrade my current server by add on parts or buy a new decent server which would cost us about rm 5k additional (dell server)

Btw, the server will handle 15 concurrent users n we would hv 400+ invoices per day to key in n around 20 reports to b generated daily... My current server cpu n rams always show above 70% usage...

Thanks for any input... I m trying to save some cost on hardware as recently we r looking to upgrade our erp system too... If the upgrade can last us another 3 yrs then good enough Ed...

Microsoft office license for new office use

Hi all sifus here, i am setting up an office at Klang and need someone for recommendation, i will set up around 15 to 20 pc and need to use microsoft office words, excels & powerpoint only....

where can i find (purchase) a valid license for all my pc? i don't want to use pirated software as it may kena fine if someone reported...

Asus pci wireless card can't detect Aztech router

Problem details
First occurence of problem: wireless card unable to detect my aztech router
Problem frequency: Yesterday until now...
Problem description: i just bought this wireless pci card a week ago and everything seems go smooth... i can detect my aztech router and neighbour's linksys router.

but since yesterday when i on my pc, this card just can't detect my aztech router, no matter how i try to reinstall it or unplug the pci card. i had checked my router and reset it, strange that my 2 lappy can detect my aztech router and surf the net very smoothly....

Will it be any compatible problem between my card and router? i can't figure it out why i can use it a week ago but now can't... anyone can help? appreciate ur input...

anyone can help me on this issue? i just buy a hdd (wd) and plug to my pc, after i successfully installed winxp, i unplug existing hdd (st) and try boot using new hdd (wd) but failed... but if i plug both hdd then it boot from existing 1 (st) and then finally i can change to boot from my new hdd...
then i try again to boot from new hdd(wd) come out "reboot and select proper boot device..."
