Help Please!

Now i got 2 offers..

(a) RnD Firmware Engineer at Elid, so this one is permanent job which starting next week where it had been told from a phone call last thursday from an engineer there. Then i happy la and the job descriptions are all in my interest and i really can do well since i have experince in RnD security sytem in that company. Plus it covers SE Asia, so its kinda cool la.

(b) INSEP training at Texas Instrument, TI. Semiconductor Chip Packaging Module. Actually this training is intended to help jobless graduates. But yesterday during the interview sessions around 1 hour 20 mins by 5 interviewer of Texas employee there, the first like 30 mins was the interview session, so they ask me many things la, but i can answer in a good way since all the questions coming from my past experience and knowledge of microelectronic and semiconductor. Plus my degree was also in Microelectronic Engineering. Then they were like impressed with all my answers and want me to join the training, REALLY want me to join. Then i say la i got a permanent job post rnd engineer from Elid. they were like...damn why la this candidate got offer from other company!so talented candidate. But they did not stop there, the rest of the interview session, 40 mins was like persuading me to accept the the training. They tell me about TI benefits from A-Z, and i was like...walao so syok working at TI! They said, after completing 6 months training at SHRDC, got on job training another 6 months. Then during on job training, if there any vacancy they will absorb me or they will retain me(give allowance Rm2600 monthly just like fresh engineer salary) after finished the training if they interested in me. They problem is i have to undergo 1 year training with allowance Rm1000(Rm500 from TI+Rm500 from SHRDC). Past experience from Senior HR in INSEP, there was few candidates that are very talented, they absorb while in first 8 months of the training, become permanent engineer..haih. All of the 5 interviewers really gave me dilemma since when they story the A-Z TI benefits in mode of persuading me, their face were like really honest-face. haih....
They said money now or BIG money later(mean after completing the training and absorbed into TI)?

Now i dont know what to choose. I just scare the 5 TI interviewers just cheated me to accept the offer, having a talented engineer at RM1000 per month just like MOSTI's engineers(but a bit higher la RM1560) or they really tell me the truth, they want me accept 1 year training and then be a permanent engineer there.

Help me decide based on your thinking and experiences brothers. Thanx in advance!

Internet is not working

hello all..

i'm having a trouble with my new mobo for my brother..this is the specification of my bro new pc..

OS: Windows XP SP2
MB:GIGABYTE GA-P31-DS3L
RAM:2 GB Kingston

my problem is after i installed new fresh copy of windows, then install all the driver for motherboard and graphic card..all thing working fine..but the internet connection is limited or no connectivity when connected to my router

what have i done:-

1. installed again the driver for motherboard
2. checked the ethernet LAN between two computer, the SEND and RECEIVE are working fine, plus can share all files i wanted
3. checked the TCP/IP
(a) first obtain IP auto
(b) i check my second computer IP and fixed IP address to my bro new pc, the LAN connected, but cant access internet...what the heck?
4. installed again Windows XP SP2
5. setup a workplace/home network

what i suspect is the mobo thingy..theres must be a foul thing happened..but all the hardware are new lol

i really need help on this, i dah mati kutu berfikir how to solve this problem..spent two days working on it, but result all the same..FAIL!

i hope LYN forumers can help me on this

helo..can someone expert explains to me why is this problem exists in my pc?i scanned with AV(not adult movies ok ) but there is no sign of virus/malware..someone mentioned it is a Windows XP SP2 problem..before this,i never kena with this kind of thing..but when i connected to my hostel LAN to share files or play games, i kena with this..my fren kena with this since last semester,maybe i affected with him..what this thing do is i can share my files to other LAN pcs, but i can see or enter my fren pcs..
