CPU can't turn on after changing Processor !

I bought a used P4 2.6Ghz/512/400Mhz/S478 to replaced my old P4 1.5Ghz/256/400Mhz/S478 (which running pretty slow nowdays) in my Asus P4B-M Mobo running BIOS 1001 - 13/08/2002.
But unfortunately, after replacing my newly bought (used) P4 2.6Ghz/512/400Mhz/S478 processor, my CPU failed to load !!
LCD are totally blank and shown nothing. CPU not even entering the BIOS page as usually it was but fans and led light are working ?!!

After some googling over the net, i found out that the P4 2.6Ghz/512/400Mhz/S478 are supported by my Mobo but with the condition of BIOS 1004 need to be update ! Asus P4B-M mobo compatible processor list i founded are as follows :-

I tried to put back my old P4 1.5Ghz/256/400Mhz/S478 processor into the mobo but result are same with above.
So, what should i do now to boot the window up again ? Please help me .......

I have problem updating My BIOS also coz my Floppy drive isn't working XP but i'm sure the floppy drive is in working condition (you understand ah ?? ).
I did use BIOS update utility to do my BIOS update in XP mode but failed to load completely.

Please assist me ..............
