Can iphone 3gs use without simcard?

I guess this is a question no one has ever asked here.
I just want to ask can the iphone 3gs work without inserting the sim card in it?
I'm a digi user and i bought the iphone without the contract. Is it fine to use it without having to insert the sim card in because i need the sim card for another mobile.
Will it damage the phone?

Import sim contact to iphone 3gs..

I just bought the iphone 3gs yesterday and i have been searching this forum for the solution to import the sim contact to the iphone. I really don't understand how to import it. I tried the "import sim contact" under setting but it wont work. It's still empty in the contact list in iphone. Do i have to install some kind of software? i have no choice but to post it here.

p.s. and about the battery.. i think it drains pretty fast. Can i know the solution to overcome it?

I know the new iphone 3gs will be released somewhere in July, and i'm really interested to get one. However, i have never used apple's phone before. And my question is.... should i buy the iphone 3g instead of 3gs? Since the price of the new iphone is surely high when it first released in Malaysia and i wonder if the newly added application is really worth the price of the new iphone? Can i have some opinion from you guys please. thanks

Hi..i'm thinking on getting a blackberry phone and i'm a digi user. If i want to purchase a blackberry in Malaysia, i MUST purchase it either from Maxis or Celcom is it? I heard that if i buy it from either one i have to sign up for their plan which i'll have to pay an amount of money monthly...What i want to ask is can i not buy it with the plan? i mean i just buy the phone itself. I can still go online right without the special blackberry line?

Well, my dad has booked the new honda city last month and we will get the car soon at the end of july. At this point, we are actually still thinking that shall we change the city to crv.
I'm a first year university student and i'll be travelling around semenyih area. Will it be too much for a student to drive Honda CRV? Or should we just stick to honda city?

I went to Pavilion last Saturday and Maxis was having Iphone road show but I didnt go to out for brochure or anything since i wasnt thinking of buying one but just then I feel like getting a new handphone. Can I know roughly the price of the Iphone. Do we have to buy in a package like the blackberry. Cuz my dad has one and he has to pay monthly for it. Really appreciate for your reply..thanks

Hey...I m a sony NWZ-A828 user and i bought the mp4 player at the beginning of the year. But just recently i m looking for cases for my mp4 player. Can anyone recommend what kind of cases is good....leather? silicone? Crystal...And by the way i went to Sony Style in Berjaya Times Square a few weeks ago to look for the case but they already out of stock until now still have no stock yet. Silicon case for ndsl

I bought my ndsl this year around March and i do have a crystal case for it. But then I found out something is wrong with the case cuz it keeps flipping out when i close the ds and open it again. So that;s why i made the decision of buying a Silicon sleeve case. May i know roughly how much does it cost in sungai wang or lowyat. And the case is like this...............(picture in attachment) I want a full protection for ds because i found stain around the control pad area and i cant clean it. Hope to get reply from anyone of you as soon as possible..thanks

I bought this Sony E020F mp3 player on June and it worked just fine for all this while. But just yesterday when i took it out and on it..something wrong with the display..it was not showing anything but the music was fine. Just the display not working. I tried to plug it into the usb in my computer and it's fine..i can view the songs and everything is fine in the computer. I have no idea how to fix this .can anyone tell me what wrong with my mp3 and how can i fix it.thanks

Battery and way of cleaning ds

Can i know what is the price of the ds lite battery in KL? any place that doesnt cost you much?(cheap)
I have put on a topic about the oil stain around the d-pad of my dslite but the replies didnt help removing the stain from my ds.
therefore i decide to write another post about this issue again. so is there any methods of removing the oil stain from dslite..as you know the cover of the ds lite is a smooth surface in which you can easily remove any stain that stick on it but the inside is a very different material. my laptop is having the same problem too. the keyboard part where you usually lay your hands on is so dirty and its black.i have tried to remove it with water and cloth but it;s not working..i need help from you guys asap....thanks.........

I have a metallic rose ds lite. and i just bought it for like a few weeks ago and recently i found out there are stains on my ds...i mean in the inside. around the left and right pad.....i dunno how the dirt get on but i want to know is there anyway i can clean it up....can i wipe it with water? will it rust then?

the stain is like a 'spot' on the ds but it's not easy to see from some angles..but if you put it under the light. you can see some dirty thingy on it.what is it actually?
