Hi all,

I really need someone to help. Im planning to keep/save SGD.. but recently i open isavvy account from MBB. But officer just informed me, that application has been rejected, due to strict policies recently.

Anyone know, if any bank offered the services. I mean, opening SG account without working in SG.

Maintenance Fee VS Sinking Fund

Hi, i need advices from peoperty expert.

1. What the different between maintenance fee and sinking fund.
I was charged these 2 thing at my residential.

2. I went thru some article, saying that sinking fund is use to maintain the area (gardening/painting and etc), but maintenance is for electrical etc. The problem is:

Previously, developer charge all resident the same maintenance fee (they dont rely on condo size, which i thing it correct when all resident pay the same for the utilities everything)

BUT AFTER JMB TAKE OVER, MAINTENANCE FEE IS CHARGED BASED ON SIZE. i think, sinking fund would be accepted Instead of applying to maintenance fees. Any expert can comment on this?

Hi to all sifus..planning to buy either this 2 model..my frenz work at sony..currently he offer me this 2 model.
I already do some.reading...and founded.w804 to be a latest model compared.to hx750.

Hx750:
1.founded fewss complaining abt this model
2. Using active 3d technology

W804:
1. Seem no issue on this model
2. Using passive 3d
3. The glossy screen ppl said not very good and have limited viewing angle.

May anyone suggest me..which is better to grab..some ppl said passive 3d.is good.

The price he quote of course hx750 is cheaper..maybe due to old model ..release.2012. And w804 release in 2013.
Hope sifu can guide me to choose
