Data connection failed after line signal recovered

I am experiencing this problem on my P6:
Wherever I entered a no-signal area with my data is On, my line and data connection died, which is normal for me. But when I went out from the area and the line signal was back to working condition, my data connection still off even I turn the data option off and on. Until I restart the phone only it recovered back. This happens every time when it goes from no signal to normal. Any solution on this issue?

Errors Message: regdrv.exe- No Disk

Dear all, this error message keeps popping out when pc starts, and could not be closed. It says "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Drive\Harddisks2."

This caused another problem, which is, when I plugged in a SD card or a pendrive, all the folders in it became shortcuts. And therefore I cant open the folders at all. Any sifu can help please? Thanks.
